Job Title: Digital Fundraising Specialist

This exciting opportunity involves planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies to drive donations and meet fundraising objectives.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure maximum campaign ROI.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Marketing Background: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experienced.
  • Experience in Crowdfunding and Performance Marketing: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
