Job Title: Visual Design Expert

We're seeking a skilled and innovative visual design expert who excels in creating captivating designs that drive brand engagement.

  • Develop a distinctive visual language for multiple brands and campaigns by conceptualizing and executing creatives across various formats.
  • Craft compelling ideas that align with brand strategy by collaborating with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams.
  • Lead junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work while translating marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions.
  • Ensure all creative work meets high standards and client expectations through meticulous review and presentation.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably in a mainline agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity across formats, including print, digital, outdoor, films, and more.
  • In-depth understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in leading-edge design tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation.
