Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

The role of a senior visual designer at our company involves creating high-quality, engaging, and dynamic visuals for various media.

This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.
  • Proficiency in animation principles, timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must.
  • Creativity and artistic vision, ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, staying current is crucial.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.
