Senior Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative ideas, working collaboratively with colleagues, and delivering high-quality visual communications that exceed client expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced designer to take their career to the next level, working on a wide range of projects across various media channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to develop compelling visual concepts, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop smart, innovative, and diverse visual communications solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and strategists to brainstorm and push boundaries
  • Work with the larger design team to visually develop great campaign work
  • Present the team's ideas and work to stakeholders and decision makers
  • Manage successful completion of all integrated creative projects (print & digital)
  • Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time
  • Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines
  • Implement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency
  • Collaborate with the New York team to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with client expectations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro,Figma
  • A well-curated work portfolio
  • Experience presenting work to clients at meetings and receiving feedback
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
