Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and compelling design assets that drive customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design UI/UX for e-commerce websites, ensuring visual improvements that enhance the user experience.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and improve the overall aesthetic of our online presence.
  • Design responsive layouts for e-commerce pages that cater to diverse user needs and preferences.
  • Develop engaging landing pages, infographics, website banners, and graphics that capture the essence of our brand identity.
  • Produce promotional materials, including email templates, social media assets, and online ads that resonate with our target audience.
  • Optimize product images for web use to ensure fast loading times and high-quality visuals that elevate our brand's online reputation.
  • Maintain consistency across all design assets, ensuring our visual identity remains cohesive and recognizable throughout.
  • Ensure that all design assets align with our brand guidelines, further enhancing the overall user experience.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of creative aspects of digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for web and mobile.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
