Expert Content Developer Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled expert to join our content team at ALLEN Digital.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in Chemistry, particularly expertise in the 9th and 10th standard curriculum. They will work closely with instructional designers, animators, and content creators to translate curriculum-aligned material into engaging, visually structured learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic insights and support in script creation and content planning
  • Support the content creation team by providing accurate academic input
  • Collaborate with PPT designers and animators to ensure conceptual clarity
  • Translate curriculum-aligned content into visually and pedagogically effective formats
  • Conduct the first level of quality checks and identify factual or pedagogical errors
  • Coordinate with research faculty and creative teams in breaking down complex topics and meeting project goals
  • Support in creating visuals, examples, and exercises wherever required
  • Support the creative team with diagrams, illustrations, or other teaching aids

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in Ed Tech or academic content development
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and feedback-handling skills
  • Ability to simplify and structure concepts for visual formats like PPTs and animations
  • Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms, with the ability to use them for improving productivity and creativity
