A key role for a Senior Platform Strategist has become available within our organization. This position will play a vital part in the development and implementation of long-term platform solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • To design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide architecture and technical roadmaps that support company goals.
  • To establish and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
  • Lead the integration of new platforms with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to solution architects, developers, and admins.
  • Evaluate new functionalities and recommend their adoption to drive innovation and improvement on the platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow in multiple industries or large/global environments.
Desired Skills and Competencies
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to envision how ServiceNow can enable future-state business processes and digital transformation.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

This Senior Platform Strategist will be responsible for leading the strategic design, development, and governance across the enterprise. They will align platform capabilities with the technology roadmap and digital transformation goals, defining technical direction, ensuring scalability and security, and maximizing the value of the platform in meeting cross-organizational needs.
