**Job Opportunity:**

We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print media, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics (social media posts, ads, banners, branding assets)
  • Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, visually appealing stories across platforms
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop campaign ideas
  • Optimize creatives for different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging content formats
  • Integrate AI tools into the creative process to boost efficiency and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Graphics software and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, figma)
  • Strong aesthetic sense—layout, typography, color theory
  • Familiarity with digital media formats and social platform specs
  • Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar
