Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee the entire Pre-Sales closing life cycle for assigned teams, including outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.">
  • Generate outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while maintaining detailed databases of interactions with leads and providing constant feedback to teams.">
  • Carry weekly and monthly sales-qualified leads targets, analyze customer behavior, market demands, and competition, and share active feedback with the marketing team.">
  • Handle escalations, improve customer experience, make propositions, give suggestions, designate weekly sales-qualified targets, and job obligations to each team member.">
  • Provide prompt responses to crucial issues and suggest solutions.">
