Business Analytics Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic fintech organization. This position plays a crucial role in revolutionizing India's collections landscape through the application of AI-driven intelligence, automation, and an integrated field force.

This expert will be responsible for designing end-to-end data pipelines for operational data from diverse sources, developing advanced propensity models to solve core business problems, and creating real-time dashboards for operational performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in Data roles at operations-heavy startups and a strong background in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative fields.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement data pipelines that integrate operational data from various sources.
  • Propensity Modeling: Develop advanced propensity models to predict payment likelihood and risk segmentation.
  • Real-Time Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for operational performance tracking.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to optimize field force efficiency and collection strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing of operational interventions and repayment solutions.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity across high-volume transactional systems.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-8 years in Data roles at operations-heavy startups.
  • Education: Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Skills:
    • SQL
    • Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
    • Power BI/Tableau
    • Statistical modeling for operational decision-making
