Job Title: Chief Cyber Security Strategist

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of network and cyber security delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that delivery meets customer needs, resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations, oversee a team of 350+ professionals.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve strategy in alignment with Service Line organizational goals and requirements.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of services.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency of delivery.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance delivery.
  • Continually monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with other leads and global team to share best practices and ensure consistent approach across all locations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement and cultivating diversity and inclusive workplace.
  • Support creation and updates of career pathways to increase organization's skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, organizational policies and incorporate ESG principles into delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of experience in IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with significant portion in leadership or management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Network and ECS industry, including latest trends, challenges and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate team, manage performance and develop talent. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are also important.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in ECS industry, including process improvement, quality management and performance metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Ability to manage service line's profitability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing change, including implementing new processes, systems or strategies, and leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: In global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial. Experience in managing multicultural teams or working with international clients can be beneficial.
