Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Zuora platforms to meet business requirements, designing and configuring Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules.
- Provide ongoing technical support for the Zuora platform, addressing issues, performing updates, and optimizing performance.
- Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between Zuora and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within Zuora.
- Create and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations.
- Analyze, transform, and manage data flows between Zuora and other systems using SQL and Python.
- Support automation and accurate reporting within Zuora Revenue to comply with ASC 606 and other revenue recognition standards.
- Partner with finance, IT, and operational teams to understand needs and resolve issues.
- Enhance the understanding and utilization of Zuora applications among finance team members through training and support.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes.
- Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- At least 7 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4+ years working with Zuora applications.
- Expertise in at least two of the three Zuora applications: Billing, Revenue, and CPQ.
- A strong foundation in SQL for data queries and analysis.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data handling.
- A deep understanding of Zuora configurations, workflows, and APIs.
- Prior development experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating Zuora with ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
- Experience with revenue recognition standards and Zuora Revenue workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
