Job Description

As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. This includes timely response to tickets, solutioning service requests, and maintaining quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely response to client tickets
  • Solutioning service requests with quality parameters
  • Maintaining track of clients' network, server, system, storage, platform, infrastructure, and equipment functionality

You will also be responsible for performing root cause analysis of tickets, creating action plans to resolve problems, and providing acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets. Additionally, you will install and configure software/hardware requirements based on service requests and ensure 100% adherence to timeliness as per priority of each issue.

Other key responsibilities include providing application/user access as per client requirements, tracking tickets from acceptance to resolution stage, maintaining timely backup of important data/logs, and coordinating with on-site team for complex problem resolution.
