Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 services and desktop environments. As the primary point of contact for IT support, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). They should also be familiar with Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

In addition, they should have expertise in Office365 admin portal, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and be able to escalate complex issues to senior engineers while documenting troubleshooting steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via email, phone, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to Microsoft 365 apps and desktop environments
  • Support user account management in Azure AD / Office 365
  • Maintain accurate logs of issues and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, desktop/laptop hardware, and network fundamentals
  • Expertise in Office365 admin portal, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
