Technical Support Specialist
About the Position:We are seeking skilled Technical Support Specialists to join our organization. If you possess a knack for problem-solving and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service, we would like to meet with you.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Assist clients with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.
- Technical Assistance: Provide post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
- Product Guidance: Help clients with the download, installation, and activation (DIA) of products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are advantageous.
