Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to fill the position of Senior Technical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of complex software solutions using Microsoft Power Pages.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Your expertise in designing, developing, and deploying websites using Power Pages, as well as your proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, will be invaluable assets to our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain advanced technical skills across the Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will also be responsible for implementing integration abilities with APIs, Dataverse, M365, and Azure.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience with Power Platform, with 4+ years in Microsoft Power Pages Development.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying websites using Power Pages with in-depth configuration and customization.
  • Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and basic Power BI for building end-to-end cloud solutions.
  • Advanced data modeling capabilities, including entity, field, and relationship customization using Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Expertise in integrating and customizing Dataverse to serve as the data backbone for Power Pages and other platform applications.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid for custom user experience, advanced logic, and front-end extensibility.
  • Comfortable with RESTful Web APIs for integrating external data and services.
  • Familiarity with C#, TypeScript, and JSON for advanced solutions.
  • Proficiency in building end-to-end automation using Power Automate flows.
  • Hands-on with API customization, creating custom connectors, and working with HTTP requests to external services.
  • Integration with Azure services and Microsoft 365 cloud technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Azure Functions).
  • Deep understanding of security, authentication, and authorization within Power Pages and Power Platform.
  • Implementation of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management): managing environments, source control, solution packaging, and deployment using DevOps pipelines and Power Platform CLI.
  • Proficiency in tools like Visual Studio Code, Power Platform CLI, and Power Pages Management App for development, code management, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipeline automation for solution delivery.
