Job Overview

As a seasoned HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our expanding workforce.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring seamless integration into our dynamic environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting regular appraisals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage all HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including training programs and performance incentives to drive growth and development.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct thorough investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
