Job Title: Thermodynamics Specialist

The role of a thermodynamics specialist involves conducting validation calculations and publishing Compressor AML for new and existing products. This includes working closely with the project team to validate compressor parts, setting up future validation and feasibility study techniques, and adhering to standards and regulations such as CE, ISO, API, PED, ASME.

Key responsibilities include providing solutions and overseeing solution deployment of product maintenance and field issues to bring warranty costs down. Additionally, this role involves standardizing approach for existing products line during feasibility stage and being a strong follower of design reviewer at each phase of project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermodynamics and mechanical engineering, with experience in product design and development. They should also have good knowledge of thermodynamic applications, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Matlab Simulink. Furthermore, they should be able to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural business environment.

Requirements:
  • Engineering Graduate - Thermodynamics or Mechanical
  • Relevant technical Post Graduation
  • Good knowledge on thermodynamic applications
  • Proficiency in Excel and Knowledge of Matlab Simulink
  • Solid understanding and mature user of MS Office
  • Good BPCS and ERP knowledge
