Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth by optimizing the CRM system.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and Optimizing CRM Platforms

You will configure, manage, and continuously improve CRM functionalities to align with organizational objectives.

  • Maintaining Data Integrity & CRM Hygiene

You will ensure that customer and lead data remains accurate, updated, de-duplicated, and secure.

  • Lead Management & Automation

You will establish efficient processes for capturing leads, tracking interactions, assigning leads using automation features, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM campaigns, lead routing, and customer interaction strategies.

  • Training & Support

You will train internal users on best practices for using the CRM system and offer ongoing troubleshooting and support.

  • Reporting & Analytics

You will monitor CRM KPIs like lead conversion, retention rates, email open rates, and customer lifetime value.

  • Customer Journey Strategy

You will develop customer journey maps and targeted campaigns using behavior tracking and scoring mechanisms.

  • Compliance & Security

You will ensure CRM operations comply with data privacy regulations and internal security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations; experience with our CRM system is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation; familiarity with our CRM system is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
