Compensation
- Fresher: ₹10,000 per month + Equity
- Experienced (up to 2 years): Up to ₹40,000 per month + Equity
- Equity: Stock options available for the right candidate
- Salary will be determined based on experience and skills demonstrated during the interview process
Experience Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or related roles
- Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply
Must-Have Requirements
- SaaS and/or AI startup experience - Prior exposure to Software as a Service or AI technology companies is essential
- Business Intelligence Tools Expertise - Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as: Power BI, Tableau or Similar data visualization platforms
- Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and data interpretation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels (email, chat, calls)
- Help customers maximize value from our AI-powered solutions
- Create and maintain customer success documentation and resources
- Analyze customer data using BI tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth
- Generate insights from customer interactions to inform product development
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms is advantageous
