Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand's creative presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and proven expertise in delivering impactful design solutions across digital and print platforms.

This role requires both hands-on design skills and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of marketing and branding materials across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
  • Design and oversee brand guidelines, campaigns, packaging, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging tools to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about branding and marketing design and ready to make a significant impact by shaping how our brand is perceived.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7–9 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in branding/marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and marketing design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, motion design tools).
  • Excellent understanding of brand strategy, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing creatively with attention to detail.
Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required. Equivalent qualifications from reputable institutions such as NIFT or NID are also acceptable.

Demonstrate expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and marketing design through your portfolio.
