This key position integrates strategic thinking, narrative development, and data-driven performance to shape perceptions, drive enrollment, foster engagement, and establish a lasting university reputation.
As a senior leader in brand management, you will oversee the creation and implementation of distinctive brand identities for each university campus in India. This involves influencing how students, parents, faculty, and partners perceive us, shaping how India perceives these global institutions, and ensuring every university touchpoint reflects academic excellence and aspirational value.
- Develop and own a comprehensive brand strategy that balances global equity with unique positioning in the Indian market.
- Establish a scalable brand architecture that supports multiple academic programs, partnerships, and audiences.
- Maintain brand guidelines and governance frameworks across all platforms and touchpoints.
The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles, preferably in education, youth brands, or omni-channel brands targeting Gen Z audiences. They should have first-hand experience building brands in the Indian market, demonstrated success in launching new brands, and proven experience driving large-scale impact through influencer campaigns.
