Job Overview:

This role involves developing an understanding of our product portfolio, strategic priorities, competitive position, gaps, and potential opportunities. You will drive corporate strategy initiatives to grow and profit our software business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to expand our product offerings and strengthen our competitive position.
  • Develop and execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies to enhance our product portfolio.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee product integration strategies to ensure seamless incorporation of new companies/products into our software business.
  • Builstrateigc relationships with investment banking communities, buy-side sourcing companies, private equities, and venture capitalists to explore new growth channels.
  • Support and review product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and integration plans.
  • Establish key contacts with internal teams, including finance, product, engineering, marketing, and analyst relations.
  • Share knowledge with business leaders on strategic areas of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Prior investment banking experience or managing relationships with investment banking communities is a plus.
  • 12-15 years of overall experience
  • 8-10+ years of strategy and corporate development experience in software, consulting, or investment banking.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹120 Lakhs - ₹150 Lakhs based on location and experience.
