Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Manager

 

At Urolime Technologies Private Limited, we are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our global client base.

 

About the Role:

 

The Strategic Business Growth Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Proactively identifying and generating new leads for DevOps and Cloud consulting services across global markets.
  • Securing and conducting meetings with key decision-makers to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful business partnerships.
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that highlight the value of our DevOps and Cloud consulting services.
  • Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, tracking and reporting progress through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strategically position our offerings.
  • Collaborating with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 4+ years of proven experience in international sales, preferably in DevOps, Cloud, or IT consulting services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, bring new clients, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging technologies is a strong advantage.
