Job Summary:
Voxtron Solutions LLP is seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:
This is a full-time REMOTE position, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision. You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to develop targeted sales strategies, manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, and meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
- Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients and close sales.
- Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
- Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 4 years of Middle East B2B experience in IT sales roles.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
Voxtron Solutions LLP offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
