Job Overview:

As a ServiceNow Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support, perform routine maintenance tasks, and collaborate with other IT teams to guarantee seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform efficiently.
  • Ensure system stability and operability through regular maintenance and upgrades.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user queries and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure successful integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure is required.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
