Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

A successful candidate should have at least 18 years of experience, with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role in an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges and opportunities.
  • Have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company and product roadmap, various products, platforms and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  • Have experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions)
  • Experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
  • Responsible to drive delivery, successful client implementation and high CSS and CSAT.
  • Responsible to drive capability building, creating thought leadership on product/process areas, building new solutions, frameworks, point of views and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with sales team to create proactive client propositions, deliver reactive client propositions, support all pre-sales activities and content creation, support marketing initiatives.
  • Talent planning, acquisition and deployment, talent acquisition strategy and plan, determination and deployment of the right team with relevant skill set to execute projects.
  • Employee experience, driving high-touch employee engagement, mentor budding & junior talent, identification and grooming of next level leaders, creating a culture that is based on trust, innovation and growth.
  • Financial and operational effectiveness, strong revenue and cost management expertise, drive operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.
