Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations at the location, plan and administer routes, duties, and audits to ensure timely completion.
  • Leadership: Oversee and guide staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support branch growth and profitability.
  • Reporting: Coordinate with headquarters on key initiatives and report on branch performance.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Crew Rostering: Prepare crew rosters based on route dispatch times.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain hardcopy records of Takeover & Handover of ATMs.
  • Risk Management: Adhere to risk mitigation procedures to prevent cash loss during operations.
  • Dispatching: Dispatch routes from the Branch/Vault Office in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Brief teams on assigned tasks, SOPs of operations, and other essential information.
