Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill a challenging position as Branch Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless branch operations, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain quality of service and implement effective service recovery strategies
  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services in the location
  • Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency
  • Manage crisis situations effectively
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, associates, and government bodies

Fleet Management:

  • Ensure fleet administration is conducted in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients
  • Ensure fleet has required accessories
  • Maintain a suitable ratio of chauffeurs to fleet

Sales & Servicing:

  • Develop new client relationships and increase business from existing clients
  • Analyze market and performance information to inform business decisions
  • Achieve set targets and handle major complaints efficiently

Financial Management:

  • Prepare annual budget for the branch
  • Monitor fund flow management and practice cost control measures
  • Ensure statutory compliance in receivables management

Human Resources & Administration:

  • Oversee overall branch administration for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure implementation and monitoring of statutory compliance
  • Manage contractual employees and maintain ISO standards

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Hotel Management degree
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance

Experience:

A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in the industry, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable organization.
