- We aim to set new standards for customer service with operations across 300 locations.
The Role
- This role is responsible for handling back office administration tasks.
- You will manage ICabs, handle documentation, and accounts-related work.
- You will report to the Branch Base Head and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Handling: Pick up calls, transfer calls, take down messages, or provide details as requested by customers.
- iCABS: Assign tickets, coordinate with employees, and update status.
- Change Negotiating Employee: Handle invoice forecasts, suspensions, prints, and distributions.
- Generating Renewal Reports and Letters: Create renewal reports and letters for CSEs.
- Raising Termination Requests: Raise termination requests in the portal.
- Incentive Calculations: Calculate incentives for further submission.
- SHE Related Documentation: Update Fumigation Certification registers.
- License Renewals: Prepare for audits by inspectors.
- Attendance and Standard Inputs: Manage mediclaim, contract labor inputs, and indents.
