Job Title:
Organizational Operations Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team at Art League Studio. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing hiring processes, handling HR functions, overseeing office operations, and supporting the team during client shoots.
About Our Team:We deliver end-to-end branding, packaging, design, social media, and production services across various industries including fashion, FMCG, finance, tech, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & HR
- Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs
- Track leaves, attendance, ensure smooth HR operations
- Assist in employee engagement and retention activities
- Operations & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, external partners when required
- Assist founders in tracking projects, following up with teams
- Shoot & Production Support
- Support creative team during client shoots (scheduling, logistics, coordination)
- Manage props, crew arrangements, client communication on shoot days
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Proactive, resourceful, willing to take responsibility across multiple functions
