Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of 5-6 ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage project budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals
  • Collaborate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Resolve technical difficulties and other issues promptly to minimize project delays
  • Track inventory and manage equipment and materials to ensure smooth project operations
  • Prepare regular reports on job status and progress to stakeholders
