Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.



### Job Description

Spearhead thorough technical due diligence on projects and possess in-depth knowledge of MEP processes and local authority approvals.

  • Review and take ownership of drawings, BOQs, and project milestones.
  • Develop and present procurement plans to the business team.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality installation at each construction stage.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and stakeholders from initial stages to final handover.
  • Implement value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and assist teams as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document minutes and communicate risk (with a mitigation plan) if any during the project.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software efficiently.


### Skills and QualificationsRequired Skills:
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management is essential.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy.
Experience and Education:
  • Minimum 02-04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry as a Project Management Professional.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.
Qualifications:
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree required.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP.
