In this key position, you will support our team in ensuring timely compliance to rules on behalf of brands required to fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) targets for plastic and e-waste.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate brand compliance with existing regulations.
  • Standardize formats according to government, brand, or organizational requirements.
  • Document collections and verification as per commitment given to brands.
  • Proactively engage with key brands and stakeholders associated with our organization.
  • Maintain attention to detail, especially in terms of compliance-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Enhance efficiency by building optimized processes of completion.
  • Maintain open communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Pursue strategic and operational objectives actively.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within defined limits.
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a fast-paced environment, including setting up and implementing career development plans for direct reports and resolving problems.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve implementation processes.
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in handling operations is essential.
  • Prior experience in the waste management field is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade others, build consensus, and work effectively in a team.
