About the Role

  • The IT Manager defines and manages IT infrastructure, applications, hardware, and network systems within the organization.
  • Works inside the factory grounds of a leading manufacturer, responsible for performing tasks and instructions given by the Managing Director.
  • Oversees overall responsibility and accountability for IT & Digitalization functions, including people and budgetary management.
  • Provides IT support, guidance to IT Support Specialists, and resolves IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage annual IT Infrastructure CAPEX/OPEX budget.
  • Operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary.
  • Roll-out Global IT initiatives, aligning with the Global IT team.
  • Manage purchasing, installation, and rollout processes for IT hardware, following Global guidelines.
  • Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Propose and coordinate deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  • Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, recommending improvements as required.
  • Analyze business requirements, defining IT infrastructure needs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead.
  • Adapt and integrate global IT guidelines and policies into the region.
  • Serve as a liaison between subsidiary business units and group business units and technical IT teams.
  • Responsible for local/regional technical operations of IT solutions.
  • Act as local IT Security Manager, completing system audits, assessments, and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes, providing guidance to IT Support specialists.
  • Define and manage Disaster Recovery plans and Business Continuity Planning.
