Key Responsibilities:

The National Process Manager plays a pivotal role in driving process engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing plants.

  • Process Design and Optimization: Lead the design and optimization of process systems to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  • New Plant Setups: Execute new plant setups, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Sustainability Integration: Drive sustainability initiatives, aligning with our commitment to creating a better world.

Candidate Requirements:

This role requires a strategic approach, emphasizing diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process optimization, and sustainability roles within manufacturing.

Strong expertise is required in process design, process engineering, process safety assessments, and sustainability integration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools is also essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
