Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of monthly financial statements, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement fluctuations, coordinating with stakeholders to optimize business performance.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, maintaining robust backup systems and providing feedback to team members.
  • Address queries from audit and tax teams as needed, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Drive process simplification projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Develop solutions to multiple stakeholders on ad-hoc and regular queries, showcasing expertise in financial analysis and problem-solving.
  • Establish strong relationships between teams and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and trust.
  • Identify opportunities for automation through transformation projects, leveraging technology to drive business growth.
  • Coach team members to build a cohesive and high-performing team culture.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in finance controllership or consolidations, inter-company accounting.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and their practical application.
  • Experience handling reconciliations and month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Transformation project experience is highly desirable, offering opportunities for growth and development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders from different global regions, fostering global awareness and understanding.
Skillset:
  • ERP systems knowledge - SAP, with advanced proficiency.

  • Reporting System (Oracle FCCS & PBCS) knowledge, with ability to create insightful reports.
