Seeking a visionary HR professional to drive digital transformation and enhance employee experience.

About the Role:
  • Leverage technology to streamline HR processes, boost efficiency, and improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR needs and develop tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of PeopleStrong HRMS, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training modules to facilitate HRMS adoption across employee levels.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for enhanced productivity.
  • Analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree (Technical Background preferred) + MBA in HR from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with an employee base of at least 1,000+.
  • Proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation (preferably People Strong).

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, attendance, talent management, and performance management.
  • Good grasp of HR Technology, integrations, and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data.
  • Agile, self-driven, and capable of handling high-paced environments.
