Job Title:

Head of Information Technology

We are seeking a senior IT leader to drive digital transformation in the manufacturing sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an IT strategy aligned with business growth plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint), and ensure cybersecurity and IT compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while managing vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
