Chief Digital Transformation Officer

">About the Role:

The Chief Digital Transformation Officer will play a pivotal role in leading the digital transformation agenda across various entities. This individual will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of both custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, establishing a robust data lake infrastructure, and embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments.

">Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Develop and Execute a Digital Transformation Roadmap: Develop and execute a 3-year digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Drive Enterprise Data Initiatives: Drive enterprise data initiatives, including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure, to support business growth.
  • Lead Technology Initiatives: Lead technology initiatives by overseeing the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • Establish Success Metrics: Establish and lead the implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive Strategic Adoption: Drive the strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Embed AI-Enabled Applications: Embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Lead Data Lake Infrastructure Development: Lead the development and maintenance of a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Anchor Software Engineering Practices: Anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Lead Future-Ready IT Teams: Lead the development of future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies, including AI and Cloud.
