Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

This role assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that the solution is optimal and aligned with business requirements
  • Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Define project plan, KRAs and process with project stakeholders
  • Communicate project status and structure across departments
  • Ensure project remains on target to meet deadlines
  • Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop/adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels

Requirements:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex, large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design and technology to ensure right solution is delivered
  • Proven ability to meaningfully engage with highly technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards etc
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
