Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to aggressively drive new business opportunities within the US market through proactive outbound sales activities.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the US market through targeted email campaigns and strategic cold calling efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth research to accurately identify key decision-makers and generate strong interest in our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, reflecting the stage of each prospect in the purchasing process.

The ideal candidate will possess a results-driven mentality, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and relationship-building through phone and virtual meetings.

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outbound initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory using CRM systems. Develop tailored solutions and compelling value propositions to effectively meet customer needs and challenges.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in lead generation, with a primary focus on outbound cold calling into the US market.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets through proactive lead pursuit.
  • Exceptional phone presence and proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling value proposition tailored to outbound prospects.
