Job Overview:

The Retail Revenue Collection Manager is responsible for leading a team of accountants in ensuring timely and accurate accounting and reconciliation of retail collection transactions.

This role requires exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage high-volume transactions, design and implement new processes, and oversee the routine activities of the retail collection accounting team.

We are seeking an experienced manager with a strong background in corporate accounting, preferably in the retail industry, to join our team as a Retail Revenue Collection Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and directing a team of accountants to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reconciliation of retail collection transactions.
  • Designing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Overseeing the routine activities of the retail collection accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions.
