Key Role: AVP - Business Development

As a crucial member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth and expansion for Flipspaces. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation from a Tier 1 College
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and meet sales targets
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
