Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Operations Manager to ensure smooth administrative operations for our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site readiness, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or site coordination (hospitality/F&B industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely setup of furniture, fixtures, and utilities.
  2. Maintain liaison with local authorities, landlords, and service providers for smooth execution of administrative tasks.
  3. Ensure procurement and availability of required materials (stationery, uniforms, housekeeping items, etc.).
  4. Prepare and maintain site readiness checklists and reports for management approval.
  5. Handle travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements for staff during launch phase.
  6. Manage petty cash, admin budgets, and expense records for site setup.
