Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our site operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounting knowledge - Sound knowledge of all accounting entry and ledger reconciliation
  • Oracle knowledge - Person should familiar with Oracle
  • Suggestion for cost reduction/correction in line with MSA/agreement
  • Business performance analysis on a monthly basis in terms of cost efficiency
  • Managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution
  • Cost optimization and variance analysis for business planning and reporting
  • Establishing necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets
  • Tracking and closing out disputes - Validating CN/DN
  • Partner governance and closing out issues
  • Open PO reconciliation with user
  • Resolving circle issues related to MSA, billing disputes. Closing out disputes centrally with ToCo partners
  • Leading and driving WoW (War on waste) agenda with Circle & Center team
  • Billing approval and validation for ToCo partners
  • Operational governance with circles
