Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage site activities to ensure smooth project execution, adhering to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with the project team to drive timely completion.
- Manage contractors, laborers, and material requirements efficiently to minimize delays and costs.
- Maintain safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Resolve technical/site issues promptly to prevent project delays and optimize resource utilization.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using site measurement tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to motivate teams and drive results.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
