Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manex Manager to lead our site's operations and drive business growth.

As a Site Manex Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives and improve site performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Governance: Develop and implement site-level strategic plans to drive business growth.

2. People Management: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging open communication and feedback.

3. Focused Improvement: Lead the implementation of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology to drive continuous improvement.

4. Team Meetings & Communications: Facilitate regular meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools and software.
