Site Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Site Scheduling Coordinator.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of field consultants, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders. About the Role:
  • Coordinate schedules for field consultants, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including field staff and operations management.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role required.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maximizing the productivity of our field consultants while building trust with our internal teams. You will be responsible for managing order timelines, coordinating production schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
