Advanced Windows Desktop Support Specialist

Yoda Tech is seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Windows Desktop Support Specialist to provide high-quality support for our Windows desktop environments.

This role involves providing timely and effective resolution to complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for Windows desktop issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations.
  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support Windows 11 rollout and ongoing maintenance.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools for efficient user support.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and configurations.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ITIL framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
